It’s not illegal to buy them, but its illegal to on-sell tickets at a drastically inflated price. If the price is reasonable, it is legal to sell your tickets. It is illegal to scalp corporate tickets to the general public.

Yes it is if caught you can be 7,000 $ out of pocket
